I can fit my Canon EOS-RP with a 24-105 lens, an 11-inch iPad Pro, a very light rain jacket, and my sunglasses and iPhone 12. It’s tight, but do-able. I can also slip in a passport, a few credit cards, and some cash. The side pocket can hold a small bottle of water, but you’d probably have to ditch the camera, the iPad or the jacket. The pocket zips up pretty flat against the side of the bag, though, so it’s pretty unobtrusive if you just don’t want to use it.

IPad Mini it will fit nicely, original iPad ok also but you can fit anything else

Have not carried this in the rain.
