This little house glows so brightly. Allow it to sit in the sun and charge up. It will glow for several hours .The detail with the squirrel and ladybug illuminate well and is the perfect amount of whimsy.

Really like it in the flower garden.

I purchased this for my granddaughter, but when I unpacked it, it actually put a small cut in my finger. The bark on the tree has very sharp edges. A lot of the edges of the leaves, the windows, etc. are very rough and sharp. The photo in the listing looks like the statue has a glaze on it, but it doesn't. I am used to items from the past like Holiday Time brand Christmas Village houses that were glazed and smooth. I could not let my granddaughter have this. I was going to return it, but I had already tried sanding the rough areas and did not feel right sending it back after sanding it. So, I will just keep sanding all the areas until it is smooth enough for her to use, even though the paint is coming off too. She wanted it for her pet anole and I wouldn't want it to get cut either. It is that sharp!

Very cute and what I expected. Great quality as it didn’t fade it so far. It does make a difference on my garden.

Looks the part, from a distance, when you get up close it's easy to see lots of wires inside.Nice bright colours and holds a change well, give it a sunny day and it will glow all night, the light in the window as well as the main light is great touch.One quibble is the position of the photoelectric cell. It's on the back of the roof so if you have a north facing back garden the positioning the cell for charging and yet still being able to get the full on benefit of the 'house' is next to impossible. I think a major improvement would be if supplied with a short length of cable and a separate photo electric cell. That way the house could be positioned to best effect.

Fits in well with my gnome garden the lights are not that bright and the ladybird and squirrel stopped working but it’s still a nice piece very pleased
