Pero cumple con el objetivo

Takes a little strength to get the hoop to slide out of the soft plastic tube that holds the two ends together, but once you get it to slide, it's easy to make it smaller or take out of slip. Good construction and material. I took out the bottom hoop because it is a little fuller than I wanted for the 1860's costume I wear as docent in a museum. VERY tricky to gather all hoops in the middle, then fold inside themselves to get small enough to go back in the original package - but doable !
