Great for forward-facing carry.
I've only had it for a week or so, but I am loving it for forward-facing. Honestly, I had a bit of trouble getting it into the back carry position and gave up. I'll get my husband to help with that at some point and see if we can get it, but the first attempt didn't go well. For the back carry, it's a bit like a hiking carrier, where you load the baby in first and then put the carrier on your back. For the forward-facing position, I absolutely love it. My 8 month-old son seems very comfortable, and I've held him in it for probably over 2 hours at a time and had no back pain. I love that the part of the carrier that goes on your back is more of a solid piece, as opposed to just straps like my other carriers. The materials this is made of are pretty comfortable. The parts that don't touch the baby are made out of material similar to a regular backpack, and the part that does touch the baby is a soft, stretchy polyester over padding. I was worried when I saw that part of it is waterproof that it may be a little rough or noisy, like a winter jacket, but it isnt. My complaints are minimal. The place where you button down the neck support for forward-facing is a bit tight. I think the lower portion of that button should be located a bit higher. The lower straps that go just under the baby's arms seem like they may be a bit uncomfortable if the baby rubs on them too much, but I haven't actually had any problems with it yet.Overall, I really like it for forward-facing, but due to having to readjust everything for the back-carry position, I will probably just stick with my Ergobaby carrier for that. I haven't tried in for inwards-facing, because my son isn't loving that right now, but I bet it would be comfortable. I was on the fence about purchasing the carrier, but I am very happy I did.

Diono is best.
I absolutely love the Diono brand. It's durable and generally easy to use. My 7 mo old is 20 lbs and we have tried 4 other carriers and this is the only one that helps take the weight off and allows us toove freely and easily with our son. This one, with practice also allows you to use it solo, with no help from anyone else.

Vert uncomfortable
It is very complicated and uncomfortable to use. Even my baby cries when she’s in the carrier. I feel like I am not holding my baby but a car seat or something like that.I can’t think they thought about moms who’ll wearing the most. I’d give 0 star if possible.

Perfect infant to toddler carrier
purchased 3 prior to finding this perfect fit to my needs. Love the versatility, comfort, and the ability to use as my son gets older.

Sturdy
The bottom part feels uncomfortable, you cannot wear the carrier without the bottom part, too bulky.

Can't superman toss, too complicated
I wanted to love this carrier. I'm familiar with the brand and they make amazing car seats.BUT, as a baby wearing expert, this just misses the mark. I love the idea of the attachable backpack, but honestly, it's just as easy/convenient to wear a hip pack or sling backpack if I have baby on my back or a regular backpack diaper bag if I have baby on my front.I regularly wear both of my kids (have from birth), and this carrier is just WAY too complicated for what it is. Also, big negative, it only holds up to 33lbs. My lillebaby completes hold up to 45 pounds, so I can carry my big baby a lot longer.I could not get my baby on my back by myself, and I primarily back carry. With my Lillebaby (and Tula works the same way), I can "superman toss" my kids on my back and easily get the carrier up and in position on my own. I can potentially do the "swing around" method to get her back there, but this one has so many buckles and clips I wouldn't be able to do them by myself with her on my back. The "lumbar" support is an overkill on this one....since the carrier only goes to 33lbs, your baby would never be big enough to require that. The lumbar on the lillebaby carriers are great and don't make getting the carrier on by myself any more difficult and doesn't get in the way of the "swing around" method to get baby on my back. Also, baby has to go IN the insert material......have you ever tried to get a 1 year old to do anything? Any extra steps are a pain. With lillebaby and tula, baby is right against your body. So, in short, this carrier is just way too much of an overkill. I highly recommend a lillebaby serenity (airflow is my favorite) or a tula explore. Both of those have middle seat options to back carry your baby starting at 6 months age. Lillebaby serenity airflow also has a ton of pockets, so you might not need a diaper bag, or just use a hip pouch like I do.

Great carrier
I like it, great back support easy to use, baby seems very comfy. Good that newborn insert is included. Can get baby into by myself with no help. Backpack is a nice addition, obviously cannot reach by yourself when front carrying but imagine you can when back carrying.

Amazing quality
The media could not be loaded. Love this, once you figure out how to use it, videos definitely help more than the book it comes with, but once you have it figured out it's excellent quality!!
