When using them on my LED light (500W), the 100% mark remains for about 1 hour and then the batteries drain and switch off. When I charge them, they charge for about 12 hrs and report 100%. They are not working as they should. What could be the issue. I reported this but no action or feedback received from Amazon or the supplier.
