I am 5'6" and a slender 160lbs. I am usually a medium in tops and medium or large in bottoms. I went with the medium and thought it fit really good. But a month later, at a Scrub-hub store, I bought the exact same shirt in small and it fits better. I liked this shirt over the other white under-scrub shirts I've tried because the neckline is a little wider and doesn't peek out from the neckline sides of the scrub top I have and the fabric just feels really nice. I have a compression top that I used to use before this shirt and liked the tightness but found it's hard to scrunch up sleeves before starting procedures (like IVs) where I don't want to get anything on the ends of the sleeve. This shirt's fabric is soft and stretchy and easy to pull up on forearms. I've had the medium for a few months now and it's held up really well.

I like these tops to wear under my scrub top for added warmth and coverage. I am not allowed to wear a jacket of any kind while on the clinic floor, but I can wear an undershirt. I am 5'6" and a comfortable size 12. I usually wear a large top to accommodate my curvy figure, but the large was enormous on me. I tried a medium and it also was too big. I ended up ordering a small and it fit just perfect. I have since ordered several more. I wear these three days a week. They are comfortable and soft against my skin. One of my shirts bothers me a little because the seam on the arms twists all the way down. I have only experienced that with one out of several shirts though.Overall, I would say these make an excellent undershirt. They are a little thin to be worn alone (at least in white), but I would recommend them still. Keeps me warm and comfy.

I use these long sleeved undershirts under sweaters when the winter weather is bitter. I’m always amazed that just that thin layer of silk on the shirt, next to my skin, can keep me so toasty. In my opinion, these undershirts are indispensable on really cold winter days.
