I first found these guys through their youtube channel, and was excited to see they had cookbooks. They're always mentioning their videos that you can substitute things and change up seasonings to create new tastes. Their recipes are easy to follow and easy to tweak to fit your tastes. It made my transition to plant based foods much easier.

I debated whether I should get this or not because measurements are all in metric but am so glad I did! There's beautiful color photos for just about every recipe in this book and a great variety of meals, time required, and tastes. I'm already a huge fan of their YouTube channel and this did not disappoint. Delicious, simple, healthy recipes with just enough lifestyle tips to make it an all-encompassing guide. They even have a meal prep section at the end that is the only one I've ever seen done well! This book is so good that I just might have to cook through this book cover to cover Julie & Julia style.

This is a wonderful vegan cook book! Weve cooked all the curries and some of the other dishes so far. Every single one has tasted excellent and been super easy to make! There’s also lots of helpful tips about nutrition, food prep, etc. 5/5 my favorite vegan cookbook!

Love these gentlemen, use their other 2 cookbooks all the time and will use this one as well. Great food and always fun to watch them on you tube, they are two of the happiest people ever.

Honestly, what’s not to like! I’ve been longing to transition to a Vegan lifestyle for quite sometime for my own personal reasons and just had no guidance. Then one day the Flynn Brothers magically appeared in my YouTube feed with their Happy Pear Vlogs and Lo’ a whole new world opened to me but with so much fun and joy and lightheartedness it all just made sense! Then the book just brought it all home, figuratively and literally! I cannot begin to express how much the book has taught me! The recipes are amazingly delicious, creative and fun!
