If you enjoy writing with a fountain pen you really aren’t enjoying enough until you use the right paper. This pad is beautiful to use. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely high quality art paper perfect for drawing and colouring with alcohol based markers. Ink will not bleed through to the page underneath although it will shine through from the reverse. It holds ink really well and allows you to easily blend colours and build tonal shades easily to produce your art work. I like that's it's not speak bound and pages can easily be cleanly removed once completed. Great quality product - highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great little sketch book for marker pen scribbles . Paper is good quality and the marker pen doesn't seap through. A5 size makes it a handy size for you bag...great on the train..not having to man handle an A4 pad. Usual high quality from Rhodia

Paper for markers should be thicker, not happy.

This is a beautiful, quality pad. I love Rhodia Products, and have a decent selection. HOWEVER.. How they can call this the 'Marker' pad is beyond me. It's quite nice for line drawing, BUT It is TERRIBLE for Alcohol markers. They bleed on the paper, and look streaky. Blending to any acceptable standard is nigh on impossible as it dries too fast, Clean lines? Not a chance. This paper makes my Copic & Spectrum Noir Markers look like felt tip pens.I am so so disappointed! I wanted a lovely alcohol marker sketch book, but i'm just going to go back to using my trusty single sheets of blending card.

I have started drawing again after about 20 years and saw this 100 gram 50 sheet pad as an idea medium.Comes in a black cardboard cover with a black embossed name of the manufacturer. Nice tough.It also comes with aa small note let which tells you what type of pen or pencil can be used with the different varieties of paper.This A4 size pad can take or is recommended for 6 different types of pencil/pen/brush including technical pen, bullet tip marker, alcohol marker, pointed flexible nib, broad edge nib and technical ruling pen. So no paints or felt tip pens!!! Great advice.Paper has a smooth feel which is real for sketching.

Art paper doesn’t come better than this.What a shame it’s wrapped in plastic, then. They say the paper is eco-friendly but casually overlook the wrapper. One star deducted.The paper presents a perfect, smooth face, with a shiny back that I assume isn’t intended for artwork. Perhaps that back is the reason for the paper’s ability to avoid bleed.I’ve only tried it with ink (calligraphy), so far, but am delighted with the results. So, I’d certainly recommend the paper, but would be reluctant to buy until they change that wrap.

Très bien , papier de bonne qualité absorbé un peu l’encre des marqueurs , le feutre glisse bienLe seul reproche je voulais un cahier donc je ne décroche pas les pages, arrive à moitié difficile je maintenir ouvert donc je fais être malheureusement obligé de détacher mes dessins

Acheté pour ma fille qui utilise des feutres alcool.Les feutres traversent la page mais ne tachent pas la page du dessous.De toute façon ce calepin n'est pas fait pour dessiner de chaque coté de la feuille.Elle est contente de la qualité du papier.Je ne l'ai pas comparé à d'autres mais pour moi c'est un bon produit.
