It is in a hard plastic case. Cannot open!** A: Did you steal this? The hard case is for anti theft. The product is taken out of the case at checkout. Each dose comes in a little vial. You take off the end and squeeze it on the back of your cat's skull where it joins his shoulders. It's a place that he can't lick. If he happens to somehow get some on where he does lick, he will leave it alone after one taste. My grandson holds our cat and I put it on.
