Does the spiderman fx pack go into other titan heroes with the port and say different things they would say?  what about the villains?

Yes the port packs work on all the figures and have different voices and sounds for each character. We have 9 figures and it works with them all

How does the power fxbox work? i bought spider-man but the voice is thor? will it change to spider-man once plugged in?

From my understanding the voice will change with the character. The spiderman we bought is his voice. I would contact the manufacturer,( I believe its Hasbro), and ask why its Thor instead of spiderman, sorry I couldn't help more
