I was able to sleep well after using this product. The tint is not too strong and not too bright. Just enough for my reading habits.

It's highly recommended if you really care about your eyes, specially nowadays with the extended usage of LCD screens.I am using it as stand alone glasses.

I had forgotten my more expensive pair ($90) bluelight blocking glasses while on away on vacation. I decided to order these to hold me over while I was away. I am impressed with how well these glasses worked. They fit well, the lenses are good and block out blue light well, and they are comfortable to wear. I was sleeping like a baby when I put them on about 2 hrs before bed. Great for protecting my eyes when looking at screens at night. I heartily recommend. In fact, my wife liked them so much she said she didn't need the more expensive pair and was perfectly fine with these excellent glasses.

I was a little concerned about fit-over glasses, having been burned before, but I'm happy to report that these work! Granted, my current pair of glasses are frameless. Still, with high myopia and no contact lenses, it was important to me to find a pair of blue-blocking glasses that I could wear for hours without scratching my glasses. These fit the bill. They're light, well-balanced, and comfortable on my face.The glasses appeared in a cardboard box that was slightly squished and a handwritten post-it from the seller which I thought was a nice touch. The glasses themselves were in a microfiber-type bag and no issues with the quality. Lenses were clear (so clear!) and no scratches. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to see out of the glasses, too. There is an amber tint, obviously, but images remain crystal clear, and it's easy to use when I'm on my computer, laptop, and other devices. No issues with reading text or with visual clarity.Interestingly, when I put them on, I can feel my eyes relax almost immediately, and it's so much less 'painful' to use the screen. I work mostly on the computer and my hobbies involve screentime, too, which means more than 12 hours of screentime on some days. I got these glasses because late work was interfering with my sleep. I've only used it a few days, but it seems to help - I woke naturally around 5~7am on the days that I used it, and I fell asleep much quicker and slept more soundly. I'll have to see how it goes but so far so good and I'm happy.Now, I just need something for daytime computer use...

Very pleased with this purchase. They fit very nicely over my glasses, are comfortable and of nice quality, came a soft pouch to clean and protect the lenses. Also came with useful info about blue light, circadian rhythm and tips for best results. I have a second pair that was cheaper but not as good; these are my go-to.
