Delicious purchase.
This is an excellent product. They have the perfect balance of sweetness. I purchased 4 jars. They came in very a great protective cardboard. And even though they won't last this long, they don't expire until 2027. Great purchase.

Gives food great authentic flavor
Used this for a classic lasagna recipe and it was a hit. Everyone kept telling me how delicious the lasagna was. it really brought out the flavor of the lasagna and it was better than using store bought pasta sauce as I added my own fresh ingredients to the dish using this Passata sauce.

It has citrus acid
The product itself is good but in the picture it said that the ingredients are only tomatoes and salt but the one I got had 3 ingredients of salt, tomatoes and citric acid and I specifically ordered this because my body has hard time digesting acid so beware of that but it's still more than 99.50 tomatoes so most people should be fine
