New Turbo Gaming PC-Intel i5-6 Cores-4GHz+ 16GB RAM-256GB M.2-1TB HDD-Intel HD Graphics-Windows 11 PRO 64-Office 2021

Got the PC in about 5 days after ordering it. It was very well packed, but unfortunately the front panel had a crack in it and one of the fixing tabs had snapped.I contacted the seller who offered to refund and return with no issues.We decided to keep it and because my son wasnt bothered too much, and with some super glue it was fixed.Generally this is very good for the money, but it is built on a budget. Its absolutely great straight out the box and is fast. It's a classic example proving you dont need to spend silly amounts of money to get something that works well.We fitted a better graphics card in it, but unfortunately the power supply didn't last. On paper the psu was big enough, but it's not rated to run at full power all the time, only in bursts, and after a few day's it gave up. We bought a new one for £80 and it's been absolutely fine since.The pc has a 250gb ssd that is directly on the motherboard. The start up of the machine is almost instant.Very good communication with the seller when we had the initial problems, so I would definitely recommend them.All I would say is a modern gaming PC is thousands of pounds. This is a very affordable and great gaming PC and for the money is hard to beat.

My son did a lot of research into getting a gaming PC for his birthday / Christmas. This PC ticked all of his boxes 16gb RAM, fast i5 processor, reasonable graphics card, Good PSU, decent warranty, roomy and stylish enclosure and this PC ticked all the boxes.Delivery arrived just after Christmas as there was a tiny delay due to the move to Tier 4 and the lockdown of freight from the EU.Large box, sealed with the company tape and plenty of "bubble wrap" outside the main box.My son is so pleased with all the pretty Led lights & colours on the fan and the front enclosure. He also loves the glass panel on the side of the case that allows you to see the components. The whole PC is pretty “lit” apparently! And much better than his older brother’s two year olds machine.The PC itself is very fast at boot. There were no major windows updates so My son was playing Apex and Overwatch within minutes.The PC was very quiet when running even with the game on high settings.It was also pretty useful that the PC shipped with Office as now the schools are delayed going back he will be able to do his blended learning from this PC.My son will in time change the usb Wi-fi dongle that came supplied with the PC for something faster but overall he is very happy with this purchase.5 stars

My first new pc for just over 7 years. Got an expert to help ( my son of 25 years) and having armed myself with a list I started shopping.Best advice is to decide on your budget and what it's going to be used for. I use mine for going online, odd bit of printing and odds and sod's. My main use since retireing is gaming. Love it. Lots of sim games on steam. My old pc was overheating all the time even with a portable fan on it and the noise. This new one is about the same noise level as my wrist watch. All the things that made the older one cough and splutter are now a breeze. It loads from switching on in under 30 seconds. Because of the way it loads programs all my games run much faster and graphics much smoother. On the top of the case are some USB ports which is handy to have. The one thing that is missing is a dvd device but I have bought one from amazon for about £20. This just plugs into the top USB port.So far I am well impressed with the quality of the product and its performance. Delivery was on time but we had no idea it was coming until a knock on the door. Might be worth sending an email to advise on the arrival.Would definitely recommend this company and I will use them in the future should I need to.

The PC delivery arrived on time and was well padded with bubble wrap in a large box.My son had been saving up to buy a gaming PC for a while and we finally decided to add to his saving to get him one for Xmas.He gave us his specs and the hunt begun. Got one but they were out of stock, found this one and he fell for it with it’s stylish part glass case and the different colours in the fan led lights.The Pc came with a decent 3 year warranty with windows 10 and Office 2019 Pro installed ready for school work.Customer service was great and pc boots up fast and runs smoothly and quietly.Excellent, arrived on time great value and excellent customer service would highly recommend this gaming PC.

Was worried but was happily surprised, the computer is quite, runs most all games, really nice looking, I ran skyrim on it with a few mods on it and it was smooth, no jumping or gliching, graphics were brilliant too, fantastic computer,10/10, would highly recommend, the customer service is good to, just email them and they will get back to you.One major benefit was the 600W PSU most of the PC's I saw don't tell you the PSU power or give you a 450/500W PSU which is underpowered for this spec. I am really happy with my purchase.

This is not a proper gaming PC as advertised brought for sons birthday downloaded first game and wouldn't play tried to send back which was questioned by the company who agreed to send it back sent it back the next day after 5 days after they received it back had to contact them for refund who were not forthcoming with it so had to get my money back on the A - Z claim would not buy this product as not as described and wouldn't buy from.this company as they do.not want to refund you if I could I would have put no stars dreadful customer service

This is my first gaming pc and it is very good. fast download speed, high fps and can run any game smoothly. If you are looking for a pc to start of with i would choose this one because it’s good for it’s price and when you get it all you have to do is plug it in. Highly recommend this product and company. Great customer service!
