True Utility Stylus Pen, Black

I originally bought this stylus before christmas on the high street and absolutely loved it. So I decided to buy another one as a backup.The only thing that has motivated me to write this review is that the stylus tip fell off in my pocket this morning; I have read other reviews which have had similar issues. Unlike a few others I found the tip and it actually screws on at the end; so I've tightened it now and it seems as sturdy as my first purchase.I didn't really expect much of the ballpoint pen as to me it just felt secondary to the stylus.However the pen quality; I must say, for a little utility item, is pretty good. I'm inexplicably fussy over pens and I actually can't praise it enough. The pack has three little refills for the pen too which is great. The little clip is very very sturdy too; I can't imagine it falling off any keyrings although I don't keep mine on my keys personally.The tip coming off is probably the only issue I've had and actually, if you just double check that it's on tight enough I can't actually see that being a problem, I've not had a single issue with my other stylus pen. I suspect this is just something that varies between products and you should be aware of it.

I like true utility stuff and I thought this was going to be awesome but as soon as I got it out I realised I was in for a massive let down. Firstly the pen inside does not fit snug so it shakes in and out a bit ( Not exactly the end of the world ) but then I realised the lit didn't sit on very well and rather than pull the lid of it seams to pop off. So I attached it to me keys anyway and the smallest tug on the keys and the pen fell off, I took the pen and lid off my keys, put them together and dropped it about 30cm on the counter and the lid shot off... what a waste off money.

Having used a True Utility Stylus Pen keyring for YEARS, I was very disappointed with this one. After a day or so, the pen had fallen from the lid and was lost. A replacement was eventually sent by the seller (after having to send 2 emails and then flagging the problem with Amazon)The cap on the replacement is just as loose, so absolutely no use as a keyring!As a “small pen” it’s fine, but don’t expect to be able to use it for the purpose for which it is advertised!** Substandard

I Have bought one of these pens before. The stylus did not last very long. I have now bought another 3. The reason is that I really need a key ring pen and this dispute it's limitations as regards it's stylus, it's the only one I have had where the pen does not fall out of the bit that fits the pen to the key ring. However one of the three I have just bought has lost it's spring that secures it to the key ring.Out of the three that I have received, one has lost it's spring that secures it to the key ring. Another I had to get a pair of pliers to pull out the telescopic end.. However the one I bought a year ago is still secure on my key ring. Unlike other makes I have had where the pen comes out of it's socket in no time. So two out of three ain’t bad. If only they would put more effort into quality control instead of the amount of embarrassingpacking this product comes in.

Better than the other true utility pen. This one pulls out from the top.so keeping the thick end in your hand.also it's nice to have a pen on your key ring.so you can write your bets out in the pub and not keep asking people for pens
