Minor issue
HK neo. Product finishing is so good. Sound quality is up to the mark. Battery back up is very good. I have one issue with the connectivity. While music is playing and switching from app to app it is getting disconnected. Ex:-1- I am playing a video in youtube and I got a phone call. I answer the phone and hung up. After that youtube video is running without audio in HK neo. It shows device is connected. But there is no audio in HK neo. I have to turn it off and on. Then it is OK. Ex:- 2. I am listening to mp3 in audio player. After a while I pause the mp3 and opens tiktok or insta reels. Due to app switch audio doesn't play in HK neo. It shows connected. After a while connect sound comes from HK neo and then audio plays. I am not sure it is the problem with HK neo or my phones bluetooth.

Superb sound
Bought this for the missis to take to work when she's in stock room on her own and after reading reviews, the sound quality, battery life and compatibility are all superb! Annoys the neighbors too when gardening so that's a bonus!!!!
