I was told by my GP to make some lifestyle changes to not go onto BP tablets, so..... I got this as it's cheaper than a gym membership.I have a friend who advised on what to do (I do swear about him during my cycling). I do this while watching tv in my flat come rain or shine. So far I've kept it up every day and my blood pressure has come down nicely.Another benefit seems to be my knees aren't clicking or aching as much since staring this.It was easy to put together, nice and sturdy. The variable tension makes for a good workout and the pulleys give your arms a seeing to as well- win win.I'm 5ft 4 and it's a comfy height for me. Very lightweight and the wheels make it nice and easy to move in and out of the room.

Have been looking for an exercise bike for ages now and the thing I found most difficult was finding a bike that would be perfect height wise. I am 5ft 3in and don't have the longest legs and so I didn't want to have a bike arriving that would be useless.So this is perfect height wise, it's not even at its lowest setting. My son uses it too and he's 5ft 5 and so this setting is perfect for both of us.I wanted a bike that was foldable so to save space, but to be honest it's never needed to be folded up as it's used nearly everyday and it's quite compact and doesn't take up much space at all.It feels strong and sturdy and is comfortable, tho after an hour on it, it's inevitable that the seat isn't going to still be the most comfortable.The back rest isn't used too much but it's nice to have it when you just want a little rest and to take it a bit easier for a bit.The digital readings bit is brilliant, as you can clearly see how many calories your using, miles your doing, your speed etc & it's simple to reset it the next time it's used.It was easy enough to put together, a couple of tricky bits were I could have done with an extra pair of hands, but managed it in the end.So all in all, it's a great addition to the household and fantastic for the price, so well worth it.

Delivered on time and fast. Packaging was good but there were marks and scuffs on it. Though it's hard to say if this was used or just packaging and warehouse.Not the best instructions but fairly easy to put together. But not that straightforward. The tools provided aren't great but just about do the job.Was a missing flat washer. Curved one instead.Found impossible to add the foot pedals straps on.The seat isn't the most comfortable even for a short 30min workout.Bike itself is good, decent build, bit rickety and moves about a bit and squeaks etc as held together by simple bolts and nuts.On the whole however the bike does the job, it provides a good cardio workout to someone of below average fitness, or a good warmup. Or for someone older. It's nice that you have the hand grips to train top half body too.The seat being recumbent position is good if you have knees or joint issues.The tension and resistance isn't that great for most. But sufficient for someone below average fitness, over weight or old. And good enough for a warm-up. I wouldn't reccomend it to anyone of average or above average fitness expecting to get any challenge.For my purposes it was perfect, I just need something to get my cardio and fitness up, and get back into exercise. Love I can work whole body same time by cycling and rowing same time like a cross trainer. I have to keep on max tension with 5min max on 8 or 9 to warm up. And I got knee issues and massively overweight and obese (clinically), having put on 5 Stone in 8 yrs of zero exercise. However previously was v fit.I expect this will do the job for me for 3months to get my fitness up n get back into exercise, after which it will still be useful for warmups and light exercise. Or passed onto the folks to help them with light exercise.It seems pretty well made and sturdy for the price paid.It's light weight and folds easily. However I'm not massively impressed with the seat adjustment screws and wobbly hard seat. Also in order to fold uses another screw in adjuster thing. Which doesn't go in and out easily. Also can't really adjust the footprint of the bike so the seat is closer to the front handle part. Being bit shorter and wife even shorter 5ft5 and 5ft1 we find it a bit far back and have to sit forward on the seat. Spring adjustable as opposed to twisting screw adjusters would be better.All in all happy with product so far, and hope it will last. I'll update in 3-6m time provided it's all atull going well. Or re write review if it's not.The monitoring us great.I expect this should last for a number of yeArs (,even if just a warm up), if not I'd be disappointed.Fingers xd.

A sturdy exercise bike, but please consider that even when folded up, its still quite heavy to move about. That is the only small grumble. Allow an hour to construct it, instructions are pretty clear. Once put together, it is a solid piece of kit, quiet and the resistance levels are good enough for me. Where the display is positioned, there is a stand/ledge to sit your phone or tablet on and this is really handy. Many people have smart watches /fitbits so the fact that if you have a tablet sitting in front of the monitor, it is not a big issue. Im nearly 6 feet tall and I find it smooth and comfortable to use. Overall this is a very good exercise bike.

I was looking for an exercise bike that was built with good quality and at a good price. The bike is very easy to assemble with the user manual and all the included tools necessary. I like that it folds down so small for easy storing as well.

Me encantó porque no hay otra de este precio que te ofrezca lo mismo, pues por lo que costó ésta, por lo regular encuentras bicicletas de banda normal, que hacen ruido, o magnética pero sin las ligas. El asiento es cómodo y de verdad sirve bastante para hacer ejercicio, quemas calorías en lo que ejercitas brazos y piernas. Si tienes poco tiempo en tu día a día, te bastará unos 10 minutos diarios para empezar a ver resultados, obvio solo tienes que graduar el nivel deseado.

Bastante robusta, fácil de montar y casi no hace ruido al pedalear. Se dobla y cabe detrás de una puerta, funciona perfectamente.

Bien conçu, bonne assise avec dossier. Un inconvénient seulement 2 positions pour régler à la taille de l'utilisateur , la 3éme étant pour économiser le volume pour le rangement. Ce réglage n'est pas très aisé ! Matériel solide et fonctionnement silencieux.... Un plus: Un élastique d' exercice avec 2 poignées de traction est intégré au guidons .Conclusion: Vaut son prixAlan Dundee
