I have been using this piece with kid gloves....I never drag my laptop across a surface, always lift it up and sit it down gently. I also do not move my laptop around from place to place, to mostly sits in one spot on my table. So Im very surprised that the cover for one of the legs has just fallen off, I also do not know how or where to contact the company to make this right. In light of this I cannot recommend this product any longer. Old Review: Just got a 13" 2018 MBP in silver and needed something to protect it. This case (I got the clear one) is made to very strict tolerances, fit and finish are on point and material is translucent, tactile and grippy. The mini clips are very unobtrusive and grip the sides well so far. All ports are unobstructed. A bit pricy for my liking, but I couldn't find anything else that would suit me better.
