How do I know the eye, bridge and temple size on these glasses? 
Are these lenses precriptionable?

The eye size of 62mm, a bridge size of 12mm, and a temple size of 127mm. Please keep in mind that we cannot put prescription lenses into our sunglasses. Do these frames come with the newer foldable flat case?  Does not say in description.

Aloha! If the sunglasses are purchased from an authorized Maui Jim sunglasses retailer, the sunglasses will be sent with a protective case and microfiber cloth that can be used for cleaning. Most sellers should have switched over to the new foldable case but it does depend on their stock and would need to be reached out to directly. Mahalo!

Will i need to pay import duty when shipping to uk

Hello. As long as Amazon ships the product, and not a third party seller, the customer does not have to worry about tax declaration in the UK. Amazon takes care of it all and adds any UK import taxes to the bill at the time of the initial checkout and payment.

Do these sunglasses UV protection ever expire?

Aloha!  All authentic Maui Jim sunglasses lenses are polarized and block 100% of UVA, B and C rays up to 400nm. They also block 99.9% of glare, and manage 95% of HEV and blue light. Polarization does not expire. Mahalo!
