This pan is an example that of “ it looks good it works good.” When I removed it from the box, I was struck by the glossy interior -really good looking. Light in weight , ,it is easy to handle when loaded with anything. But does it cook as good as it looks? Yes! Eggs,burgers, veggies all cook evenly without burning or hot spots that a perch the cooking surface. Cleans easily with the swipe of a sudsy cloth. The lid fits nicely.Very happy with this purchase and I hope that the pan holds up under use.

Anyone and everyone knowing me, know that if I leave a review like this, that there must be a reason. I have looked for a set of pots and pans similar to this brand for years. I didn't know whether or not these needed to be cured prior to use but I cured them anyway. I have not had a single problem with any one of them, in fact I use the believe it is either a 7-inch or a 10-in every single day with no issues. They clean very well and the no stick performance after 2 months has been without a single issue. So most definitely, I would recommend these items. There is one slight caveat, the handles do get hot so you will need something to hold on to the actual pots if it's left on the stove at a higher flame for a prolonged period, so just be cautious when dealing with heat/fire

I purchased this product on recommendation of a friend who advised that while costly it is really superior in every way to most non stick cookware.. This is important to me because I end up throwing away after a year most non stick cookware I have acquired where the coating on the pans burns or chips or simply fails to perform.. The product arrived in a timely manner and was well packed but upon opening there was a chip in the non stick finish on the inside of the fry pan. I had purchased the pan for a weekend breakfast I was hosting for friends and there was no way I could do it without a fine pan so I cancelled the event. I then wrote to the supplier complaining and expressing my disappointment and frustration ending withe give me my money back and get your act together. Within 24 hours I had a return message apologizing and admitting that the pan was defective and in spite of best efforts their quality control missed this particular defect. Their apology was so sincere and willing to correct the problem and make things right to my satisfaction that I decided to relent and give them another chance. The replacement product arrived in a few days and was perfect in every way and they provided a 2 year warranty for replacement for any legitimate cause. Today I cooked a breakfast of an omelet , a pancake and 2 strips of bacon. I used minimal oil, only the residue from cooking the bacon after wiping the pan with a paper towel, The bacon was crisp and the omelet and pancake had this delightful light brown exterior that I rarely get on my cooking. Great product, performs as promised , worth the price and waiting for and the German quality is apparent in this cookware. Highly recommended and if something does ever go wrong know that this manufacturer does stand behind their product 120%.

I brought this larger fry pan because of how great the smaller size one was. Did not clean as easy. Took some scraping to clean. Still cooks well.

I like the non stick coating and the pan heats evenly. I've learned in the past not to use very high heat or let liquids dry out. Which is a method use sometimes to get the brown glazed look and taste I want in some recipes. High heat too often can decrease the life of the non stick coating. But that still doesn't stop me from using the Copper Nonstick Frying Pan. I love it still. This pan is a lot more durable than other cheaper copper ceramic pans and a lot safer, tougher than those Teflon types. I just save the high heat and browning for my stainless fry pan. This pan is great for pancakes, French Toast, omelettes, eggs, stir fry. Always use a safe for non stick Spatula. The pan is scratch resistant but will be damaged over time with continuous use of metal spatulas.

I have had this skillet for exactly a year, and up until about a month ago it worked beautifully. It was so nonstick that sometimes it was hard to get enough grip to even turn an egg... and I could basically clean it with a paper towel. Unfortunately, it recently seemed to have lost its nonstick properties... for no reason. I always cook on low-medium heat (never high), always use a silicone spatula, clean it with a non-abrasive dishcloth, and I’ve never put it in the dishwasher. I treat it with tons of TLC! Literally, one day food just began to stick to the bottom, even when I use oil. I honestly would prefer to use cast iron for cooking because I get tired of replacing pans that stop working, but I like to keep one nice nonstick skillet on hand for eggs, crepes, etc...and I’m frustrated that I can’t seem to find one that lasts. If you’re searching for a nonstick skillet that will last for more than a year, keep searching.Update: I can’t get the company (Koch Systeme) to respond to me. The Customer Service is terrible!

The media could not be loaded. These pots and pans are really nice. They look great and I like the sizes of them. I like the weight of them as well, they are super heavy like some cookware. They have a ceramic non-stick zero chemical coating that is 100% PTFE free and PFOA free as well. They are made of a professional grade aluminum alloy and have a threaded bottom that helps distribute the heat evenly. The handles are made of a sturdy stainless steel and have a comfortable grip. They are secured to the pan really well so you won't have to worry about them coming apart or loose and being flimsy. The lids are glass which not only looks really nice but makes it easy to see how things are cooking without having to lift the lid a lot letting a bunch of heat out.The set includes a 1 quart saucepan and a 3 quart saucepan with lids, a 2.75 quart frying pan, and a 4 quart stockpot with a lid. The varying sizes will work for making just about any meal. They are great for any stove (ceramic, gas, electric) and they are oven safe as well.Overall, This cookware set is great if you're needing your first set of pots and pans for your kitchen or they would make a great addition to the cookware you already have in your home.

This item took a little while to arrive but it was well worth the wait. Whilst I agree I have not had it very long the results are pretty amazing. The conductivity is incredible so beware and use on a lower heat than usual. It cleans exceptionally well; no scrubbing required. I would recommend to anyone and it is well worth the money. I was well packaged and I would use this seller again. Thank you.
