First time I've had success with poly with near perfect finish
This applies extremely well. I had almost no bubbles on my project which is a first. sanded in between coats with a light 420grit sanding. Would caution that it is not the clearest finish I have worked with. This seems to have a coat which darkens timbers only slightly less than an oil based poly. There are other water based polys I have used which resulted in a closer color to the natural wood, however this pales in significance when compared to the quality of the finish

Smooth, Durable Finish โ Easy to Apply
This is an excellent water-based protective finish. It goes on smoothly, dries quickly, and leaves a really nice satin finish that protects the wood without making it look overly glossy. I like that itโs water-based, so cleanup is easy and the smell isnโt overpowering like some oil-based finishes. It levels out nicely and gives projects a professional-looking protective coat. If you're finishing furniture, cabinets, or other wood projects and want a durable clear coat with a nice satin sheen, this is a great choice.
