Is there a way to fasten to a flat surface? In other words. Can u screw it down?

I bought 3 and no screws were included. They are #8 x 1" long philips drive flat head stainless screws. I can only assume they are 18-8 sst.

We need a one inch mini channel drain grate for around our pool that is no more than one inch deep is this available/possible?

The dimensions are 24 x 4.1 x 0.8 inches.

Do you have any that are 5 1/2" wide for a garage drain
