Works, does NOT bother my allergies or dry out my skin. However, not much suds, and only mostly scent-free.
This is a mixed review but overall it gets 5-stars because after buying many different brands and types of similar soaps, I can't find anything better that meets all my primary criteria, thus reasons I'm giving it 5-stars are as follows:- It did not bother my allergies at all whatsoever,- It does not have perfume of any type listed or that I can smell,- It only has 5 natural ingredients vs other brands with a long list of weird stuff,- It actually works and gets you clean,- It does not dry out my skin probably because 1 of its 5 ingredients is vegetable oil believe it or not (and no, it does NOT feel oily at all whatsoever).Okay now the not-so-great part of my "mixed" review:- This Unscented version is not 100% truly scent-free, but its 99%. I'm guessing this is because either the glycerine itself or one of its other 4 ingredients has a slight normal/natural smell, but it's very subtle and quickly fades away.- This Clearly Natural glycerine soap does not produce much suds or lather, but that didn't bother me as much as I thought it would. However IF this was a shampoo, the lack of lathering would probably bother me a lot.As an aside, Yes I tried several other variations of the Clearly Natural glycerine soaps, THIS Unscented is obviously what they're known for and is their best soap: Their Aloe Vera and Vitamin-E versions have more ingredients and too strong of an odd/weird odor.Overall if you have sensitive skin and bad allergies like me you should consider it, and I'm glad I gave this a try.

Saved by Extra Sensitive Hands!
Despite what other people have claimed... I HAD to use this soap because my skin was irritated, chapped, swollen... my hands looked like war zone survivors... I am someone who fervently washes his hands for at least 20 seconds when needed (after using the bathroom, after cooking, before cooking, after and before eating, etc). At work and at school, the foam anti-bacterial soap rendered my hands ... terribly dry... On top of that, at home, the Dial Antibacterial Foam soap was adding insult to injury... Desperate.. I turned to Whole Foods as I read online that antibacterial soaps can be very drying... I found this one... un-everything soap. I started washing my hands solely with this soap... I did not change my hand washing frequency neither used lotion.. I wanted to see how much my hands could improve by simply changing soaps... they did! In a matter of days my hands were back to being soft, supple, healthy!I will continue to use this soap . I am happy I was able to find it on Amazon and now have subscribed to its regular delivery. :)Pros:(1) Lathers really well.(2) No scent.(3) Very hypoallergenic.(4) No dry hands.(5) One push of the pump is well enough to wash your hands.(6) Doesn't stain porcelain or counters.(7) Cleans very easily.Update: I have used this soap continuously for over 3 years now and I have not had any hand rashes or reactions at all. I am very satisfied and I highly recommended it to anyone with sensitive skin.

I mixed it half and half with water because of my sensitive skin
I was looking for soaps I can use in a greywater recycling system, unfortunately I also have hands which can dry out easily with many soaps, including this one at full strength, so I mixed it with an equal amount of water and now not only do I have more soap but there's no significant dryness on my hand skin. It also still cleans fine. This is going to be the hand soap I use when connected to my greywater system.

Ok soap, gross smell
I bought this soap because I have an allergy to citric acid and this soap was free of that ingredient. Consistency is great and it foams up nicely. My only complaint, and reason for only giving four stars, is the smell. It says it's unscented and while there is no overwhelming perfume like smell, it has a gross smell to it (at least in my opinion). It doesn't smell good when I wash my hands and after they're washed my hands smell like a mixture of sweat and old play dough... I recommend the soap for allergy sufferers but only if your sense of smell is not too bothered.

gentle on hands
Happy to have found replacement for Liquid Ivory. Pump works well, too, which isn't always the case with this style of dispenser.Updated 4/29/2020: Hoping this will be back in stock soon. Was astounded to see 20% of reviews are 1-star and talk about it smelling awful. Those are from 2013 or 2014 and ought to be taken out, as they must have changed the formula. I'm very sensitive to fragrances and odors both, have been using this product regularly for a year or two now, and it neither smells bad nor dries out my hands, as another review says. What's drying out my hands now is the bar soap I was able to get before it disappeared. Different brand, not sold as unscented, but there's very little and I have been able to tolerate it so far.

Really good hand soap
This is their #2 product as far as we are concerned. They sell this - unscented and also an aloe one that has a pleasant scent. Both clean and soften really well. They are concentrated so just a tiny bit goes a long way. I also like that they are made in the USA. NO concerns - if you need or want a great soap that plain works with no scents or odors then this is great stuff!

Holy Grail for Sensitive Skin
Most things make me itch. I’ve struggled for decades to find soap, toiletries, detergent that leave out the itch. I discovered this brand bar soap years ago. Fabulous. The pump liquid is unbelievably wonderful. A great product just got better. Bye bye itchies!
