Q: Why does the toothbrush get so hot when you just put the battery in?

Hi Kelly,This toothbrush(421F) should not be getting hot at all. Something could be defective in that unit. BESTMED has never had a complaint like this, for this toothbrush. Consumer has already been in contact with us and we are sending a replacement out to her.
