Very good quality
I was very surprised at the nice quality of these LED lights. Each light has 7 inch wire leads neatly soldered on and secured with shrink wrap. The leads are color coded so you can't make a polarity error when wiring them up. The lights are exceptionally bright and the colors vibrant. The bulbs have a lens at the top so you could point the bulb and it will throw a round pattern of light similar to a small spot light (the entire bulb lights up brightly, just the top has the lens.) The LEDs come in neat bundles of 10. Only took a few minutes to test a bulb from each bundle and then label the bundle.I am using these for lighting on an outdoor G Scale Christmas train layout. The bulbs work well for lighting buildings and they can be directed to shine light on a sign or down the side of a building as well. I also used them to illuminate the passenger cars of an LGB train. The LEDs are much brighter than the tiny filament bulbs the cars originally came with.

Good quality. Light is directional.
I purchased these to put in lab kits for my students. Much better than I expected them to be. Beats the hell out of wiring your own resistors to each LED.For the uninitiated, running several bare LEDs with a single resistor is a terrible idea and will burn some out faster while dimming others. So, you usually have to wire up a single resistor to every one, but not here. These have resistors built in to the shrink wrap, which is great.I haven't applied 12V to them, since I only needed them for these labs so far, but even using a regular 9-V battery they are significantly bright and don't appear to get warm at all (that may change at 12V and packed together, but probably not significantly). The light in them is a bit more directional. LEDs are naturally directional, but usually they diffuse light using the casing. These come out in an identifiable conical beam, which is great for my purposes anyway, and wouldn't matter if you're insetting them as indicator lights or something similar.

Honbay 50 pcs LED Lights
Honbay LED prewired lights were a good choice for my project. They light up very bright and fit well in the Metal LED Light Holder I ordered separately. I mounted 3 Blue & 3 Green LED lights with separate power switches overhead to light up my center console... I use them for night driving when someone wants the light on with no distraction or when I need to stop read a Road Atlas Map it makes the pages glow. I did have a few faulty lights, but I tested them before I used them. It added a nice finishing touch to in my truck cab for night lighting. As well as under the hood & finder wells for night light effects...

Nice assortment
Tested with 9 volt battery, each one lit and works fine. Plan to use them for slot car lights and for train set lighting. Wires are color coded and already wired with the proper resistor. Great!

They are extremely bright, however vibrantly colored
These lights are extremely easy to work with. They are very bright. And they have a vibrant color. However they were just a tad too bright for my first art project. Almost distractingly so..

Nice leds
Liked that the come with the resistor in place, easy to use. Note that the wires are very thin and soft and will not work with a bread board. Solder a bit of wire to them to use with a breadboard.

Exactly what I needed and at a great price
I used a 9-volt battery and directly hooked one side to battery and the other side to the correct answer connection on a “quiz” board. Works great and easy for preschoolers to use
