This cartridge will not work in my printer as the printer does not recognize it as a new cartridge when installed. Also, the box does not look anything like the picture in Amazon's advertising and the cartridge did not come with the orange protective cover as also shown in the advertising picture. Of course, by the time I discovered this, the return window had closed. Will not buy this brand again.

They seemed like a good deal but after less than a 100 pages I kept getting messages that my machine was out of toner and in the middle of tax season. Went to a brick and mortar office supply store where they have to look you in the face if they are going to rip you off.Waste of money, waste of precious time.

Working well so far, easy to replace. I ordered the drum unit by accident the first time, so glad to jave found these replacements for the cartridge. Would definately buy again.

Do the job, but not quite sure if they are the same quality as Brother's original, perhaps my old printer is what needs replacing but the ink quality is not very dark as the original Brother toner. Very good customer service. They reached out right away with my questions and I will buy again.
