Santa and the Goodnight Train Board Book: A Soothing Adventure to Bedtime on the Goodnight Train

I love it! It’s beautiful not too big not too small. Beautiful illustrations and very cute story. So glad i got the hardcover, really pretty! Will read it to my kids when christmas season, starting already so i can have a few good books to read by then. My 3 and 5 yo will love it for sure!

Very nice book, hardcover, larger and thinner than expected but that is not an issue. I pictured it would be like the small board "Goodnight Moon" books. Size didn't matter so I hadn't paid attention if that's in the description. The colors are rich, the paper nice quality. Our friend's 3-4 year old loves trains and enjoyed this book.

I had to get this one for our Christmas collection because our almost 4 year old loves the first two so much. This is a fun edition to round out our collection! It has the same characters as the original Goodnight Train. They catch glimpses of Santa before coming upon exhausted reindeer on the track and giving Santa a ride home after he makes his rounds.

It was a fun book for my preschooler. My kindergartener joined in too. It had very cute rhyming and very cute/silly pictures. There’s a lot to look at and talk about on each page. So instead of reading quickly through we talked about the pictures too which made bedtime fun.

The Goodnight Train is one of my favorite children's books. And this holiday edition did not disappoint! The story is so fun, just like the original. And there are so many pictures to look at on each page. My children are going to love adding this to our Christmas book collection. I think it's one of those books we will pull out every year- eventually for our grandchildren!

Cute book! We have the whole goodnight train series and this is our favorite!

My son was obsessed with the original Goodnight Train, so we purchased the Christmas version for his Christmas Eve box. The story and illustration is just as good as the original, with lots of glittery snow sprinkled throughout.
