You can't see it too far away in the night, maybe because it's blue (red should be seen better).

This collar is working but is created for a cow, not for a pet.The dimensions are not realistic and I couldn't use it for my pet.Don't use a dog to promote this item.

It’s not same as the picture, it’s a colored tube with and the light is not bright and it doesn’t open and close properly it’s just bad

3 weeks after delivery.. battery very weak, recharging not effective. Not impressed.

Easy to fit and cut (leave room for sliding over-the-head on and off, it does not open and close) , bright, and runs several hours before dimming and needing a charge. I have a NetDot magnetic piece for charging in the port, as I do all mt devices, so cannot speak to the durability of charging port (magnetic charging system protects the port) or the thin, short little charger cord. Good price for what I use every time my dog goes out after dusk in our rural property so I can see from the porch if he is going potty or running off to chase some critter.

I have about 5 of these from other companies, this one is by far the best and I buy more from them , the reason why it’s better is the actual band is blue instead of clear so when I turn it on it’s a very deep rich blue color

Ok so I don't own a pet but I do use it for my husband who has low vision. ( no I don't put it around his neck) I use it for his white cane. His cane does have a red reflector on the bottom but people are so busy on their phone and are so oblivious to their surroundings that they keep walking into him or hitting the cane. Went out for Halloween and had glow sticks taped to them but they weren't working. Then this lady gave me a finger light and it worked great.....until he banged it on the fence as we were walking. I then found this product and thought I would give it a try. I didn't have to cut it or anything. I just wrapped it around the bottom of the cane. Its light as a feather. Turned it to the steady light instead of the flashing ( because it bothers his eyes) works great! Love the fact that its usb rechargeable!!! Hasn't broke yet with all the banging around he does.

Not a small dog collar - but based on description, i bought it for our black lab - it fit fine (as I expected). It's a very nice looking collar - I was happy with it at the start. I liked that it was rechargeable. However, our dog is mainly indoors and in under a week the collar came apart in such a way that the light fell out in the yard. Very disappointing.UPDATED: 3/21/2016. Seller reached out and replaced the collar when they understood what happened. The collar a nice collar (as I described above), i inspected it before placing on my dog and determined that the light insert can come out so it may be best not to leave it on your dog to roam freely (Great for using when taking on a walk). I wrapped a rubber band around the end there is no issue with the light slipping out.

This is nice a collar is cool! I love the concept but the reason for the 4 stars is that the collar doesn't light up all round the the collar or like in the picture the white part doesn't light up either. I will say it does charge quickly.
