The package seemed to be lost in customs, so without me even asking, the seller immediately issued a refund. Living on a remote island, I’m used to delays—sometimes over 15 days—since items are transported by boat and can be hard to track in transit across the ocean. I wasn’t worried about the delay and was prepared to reorder later if needed. To my surprise, a few days or weeks later, the soaps arrived in perfect condition! I informed the seller about the situation, and despite the delay not being their fault, they kindly allowed me to keep the product. Their understanding and generosity left a lasting impression. As for the soap itself, I’ve started using it, and it truly makes a difference. It works well during the day when combined with deodorant, but I notice the biggest improvement at night. After showering, I don’t use deodorant before bed, and I’ve found I wake up without any sweat odor—a huge plus! Excellent product and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
