I bought it for my daughter's distance learning, but I must say I made the worst choice of my life. The battery life is not even few hours and it quickly runs out of charge. Moreover, it takes very long to charge. The product didn't even have earphones included. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

The product delivered nicely in time. Great price too! However, the ipad box was all scratched-up with dents on the side. Apple will never distribute a product fro delivery in this condition, also when I opened the plastic from the ipad the back of the silver plating has been scratched! Unacceptable ! Very disappointed! Looks like it has been used!

Product came with minor scratch on screen, realized only when protector sticker was about to be placed. It was not expected from a brand like apple.

This is 1st Apple product of my life. I had been always a Samsung person and had a mind block that Apple products are good only for people doing limited work (since Android give more flexibility). However, today there isn't much difference between an IOS and Android.I'm extremely happy with this Apple iPad 10.2" (2019 - 7th Generation) Tab. It meets all my expectation. Usually I do lot of research & read reviews before buying gadgets. Hence, I was exactly aware of what I'm buying.Cost: A perfect value for money device.Screen: perfect 10.2" screen with amazing resolution.Speed: Have been playing games like PubG without lag / hang. Overall speed like closing/opening applications, switching applications, etc is lighting speed. No complaints.Sound: Predominantly ordered for son to his online classes. The sound is large enough to hear from other room when school is on. Very good clarity & output.Outer Body: It's Apple, this describes their focus in performance, presentation, finishing & overall quality.Price: Surprisingly the price of such an awesome device was relatively lower than expected.Must buy gadget.

As described, we'll packaged, except that the charging plug is EU plug not the UK plug (for UAE). Expected from an international product. However, not a problem. Quick delivery, recommended.

Facetime is not working as advertised.
