A one-stop yoga shop
Big Book of Yoga is right! This gorgeous edition has big, fabulous, full colour pictures that show off a variety of yoga moves / poses that beginners through to professionals will enjoy.I found it nicely laid out with big, easy to read text, and the sections were well sign posted so that I knew what I was going to find in each one.The author and experts featured clearly know what they're talking about, and I found the overall tone to be very encouraging and inspirational. Before reading the Big Book of Yoga I thought yoga was just an exercise. Now I can see it's a way of life, and it has even taught me yoga moves for getting rid of headaches, beating the bloat, aiding digestion, and ironing out soreness in my lower back after weights and body strength training.Between this and Barbra Curie's DVD series, I've got yoga covered for life!

A pretty book
it is a pretty and slick book - looks really nice on a coffee table. Probably good for beginners in yoga (however, some asanas would be way to advanced, offered with very little explanation) or intermediate students. Not so much so for advanced yogins or yoga teachers, To do it justice though, it does offer some good sequencing ideas. Plus, it indeed has a nice layout and looks.

At last yoga all in one book
I have many yoga books as am very serious about my practice, but some books are dull, pretentious or just plain boring. This one isn't. Attractive and useful photos and step by step by step instructions which suits all levels of yoga. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone thinking of buying

Very informative and good value.
Easy to follow and informative to read. I purchased it so that I could refer to and remember all the different yoga moves following my early instructions in yoga. Good value for money.
