Bought it as a Christmas gift for my daughter, she was so delighted upon opening it because it really does look nice on her table, unfortunately it doesn't work at all, plugged it, color turns from red to green but still won't light up. She's so disappointed.

I bought it for my 4-year old. She likes it very much. The stand is flexible - can be bent any way you like. Rechargeable and keeps charge for several hours. Three dimming levels gives extra flexibility. Also, there is a small 'nigh light' at the bottom of the stand, which glows mildly at night and can be kept on at night. The added advantages are the pen holders, where cellphones can be also kept sideways. Overall, very useful - worth the money.Notes: this is the second unit I bought. Previously I bought the green color. It works fine but only one issue - the night light sporadically turns on by itself (may be sensor issue?). For this I would give it a 4.5 stars.

This has been amazing. I've had it for about 6 months now. Quick to charge and long lasting with use. The brightness level is really quite good and can be adjusted or just turn on the small night lamp part of it. I 100% recommend.

I love all of the 3 lamps I purchased! Bright light for kids’ little desks, convenient pen storage, and a spot for the cell phone. Super light weight and easy to fix at any angle you need! We haven’t been thinking of traveling with them, I got them as an alternative to a regular lamp to give a modern feel to a small space. Hope they hold up well, so far so good, all 3! I want one for my Own desk now! The only thing I wish I got with them are the wall chargers, which I had to buy separate. I suppose if you’re looking specifically for a travel lamp, you already probably have the charger you’re taking with, so you travel light. But it’s an amazing all purpose / travel / stationary / regular / whatever you need it for lamp, and a night light, very handy in kids rooms. Easy switch on/off for my youngest kid. So a charger option would be a nice addition. They are cheap, I got a 3 pack for like $12 more.10/17/2920 Update: still holding up and living up to my expectations! No issues to date.

Does exactly as advertised. Its compact and portable, and the arm isn't too heavy, it took a surprising amount of bending to get it to tip over. Its very light in general, and the charging cord is both durable and of decent length. The light is very bright, the lowest of the three settings is just enough to illuminate a room. The night mode is a lot dimmer while still enough to read things nearby comfortably. The arm is very durable, I bent it into all sorts of crazy shapes and it had no problems, bending and staying bent. The phone slot is big, even with my large chunky phone case there was still extra room in there.Theres no buttons, you just touch the front and the light turns on / off. Its very responsive, I never have to tap it twice to get it to work.I will say it took a long while to fully charge, at least five hours from fully drained, fresh out of the box. I can see why though because it’s a surprisingly powerful little lamp, the light can get very bright.The light itself if a white / yellow color, leaning more towards white. It’s a nice little lamp and I’m very happy with it.

This nifty reading/night lamp is not just for kids.Exceeded my expectations. Many cordless goose neck lamps are limited in the range of adjustment because the bases are too light. Bend them a bit too far any they're easily toppled over. Not these lamps, nice solid and stabile weighty base to allow functional greater range.Not light weight is not a flaw but a feature for me.Good brightness for reading and the night light button provides enough light to write down messages at O-dark thirty without blinding glare, especially for aging eyes that are slower to adjust to light levels.Battery life is very good to excellent. Easily recharged through AC/DC wall adapter or with USB power bank in case of mains blackout.The rectangular pocket allows for small post-its pad and pencil or pen for the dream brainstorms or movie script ideas that pop upat night. As a bedside side lamp it beats searching through a drawer for paper and pen.Cons: so far haven't found any.Darn good bargain for what it does.

We bought these for our daughters new desks(not set up yet) but they use them to colour, read in bed, and play with toys. They are the perfect brightness even at the low setting which is great! They work perfectly! They haven’t used them too much but we’ve had them since Valentine’s Day and are due to charge them a second time.The pen holder is a bit shallow but it still works.All in all, this is a great choice and I recommend it to anyone who needs a desk lamp. Children or adults, it will work for both!Perfect lamp, great price!

I was a little leery buying these, but boy... are they nice. Actually bought 6 of them for Christmas gifts for my sons and daughter-in-laws, and for my wife and myself. Everybody loved them.They came with a nominal charge in the box, and quickly charged up with the provided USB-C cable. Love the little night light function, as well as the 3 levels of brightness for the main lamp. If I had one complaint, I wish the base would be a little heavier for stability purposes - but it's no big deal and so far it hasn't tipped over even with the lamp extended out over the center of gravity.Can't beat these lamps for the price, and I highly recommend.
