The item was packed in a huge flat pack and delivered to our local post office as I was out. I made 3 calls to P.O. and was told to look through all the mail. No-one could find the parcel so we rang Parcel Force who said they had a photo of it being delivered to Post office 2 days earlier. Eventually it was found, because it was flat cardboard a staff member thought it was a flattened box to go out as rubbish!I was very disappointed on Christmas Day as bought this in a medium size for my 14 year old Grandaughter but it was so small she couldn't get it on. All the hassle for nothing!
