I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of the bags! The mesh is a 'plastic' which is nice for cleaning up the makeup mess than can be left behind. the bags do not stand on their own like the other reviews have stated but that works for me as they will be filled with items regardless. This set is perfect for girls who travel or get ready at a friends house for a night out - brushes, makeup and toiletries will be organized and easy to pack since the bag is able to flatten based on its contents

I’m not that amazed.It’s worth the low price.It will be useful for makeup brushes but not for caring makeup.I don’t recommend it.Add cash and you a real makeup bag that’s worth it.

I have bought over five of these. They are sturdy and hold everything in place. I HOPE AMAZON NEVER STOPS CARRYING THIS:) It’s my absolute favourite. I highly recommend this. This is an absolute HONEST review:)

The bags are nice and indeed collapsible but the mesh sides are way too flexible/soft and do not holds it's shape. The bags cannot stand by themselves like in the picture. The only structured parts are the lid and the base. I like my make up bags with more structure so this isn't a good fit but in terms of packing underwear/socks for travelling these bags would be good.
