what are the ingredients?

Can you put it on your lashes with your finger to get it on the roots?

I swipe it with the applicator and use my finger to rub it in. I also use it on my eyebrows!

should I disinfect the wand? or will my eyes be ok.

If I was doing that, after disinfecting, I would wash and rinse the wand thoroughly and let it dry completely (meanwhile cover the tube with a bit of clean plastic wrap held in place with a rubber band so the stuff doesn't dry out) because I wouldn't want to get disinfectant in my eyes.

does this get flaky after a while?

It hasn't happened to me and I wear it for long days and it takes me a long time to use up a tube.. It does tend to clump a bit on my eyelashes after I've worn it awhile no matter how good it looks when I start out
