Speed dial was stuck
The item is as described and works great. I really liked the product and did not want to return it.When i got the item the speed dial was stuck and not turning. The seller replied quickly as to how to fix the issue but their suggestion was not able to help fix it.I managed to fix the problem myself. There was a small plastic piece stuck between the dial and its circuit board. After removing it, the problem was fixed.I would have given this item a 5 star if not for the speed dial being stuck. I would recommend that the seller improves their quality control.
