TevaMen's Original Universal Urban Sandal

After ordering these I received 3 or 4 emails from the seller aknowledging the order and explainin to me where in the process we were at different stages. They also informed me of the shipping process and how to track them. I received them today 10/05/2020 and I am super happy wit them. The size is perfect, they are comfortable and the straps are well positioned so as not to chafe or put pressure on my little toe(a problem i have with most similar products). I have a drop foot, so I require sandals with an ankle strap and a nice low and wide sole. These are just perfect. Thank you!

When I took them out of the box I did worry about how "cool" I would - or wouldn't - look in them. And when I first put them on, I have to say, I was concerned their comfort would not reach the dizzy heights suggested in other reviews. But my god, one holiday, many miles, and one trusty pair of sandals later, I am won over. Unparalleled comfort and mischeviously stylish. Suitable for land AND sea. Durable yet playful. Had I not my girlfriend with me I am convinced that the women of Greece would have - much like their ancient ruins - crumbled at the sight of such a dashing, elegant and fantastically practical piece of footwear. Would definitely buy again, but no need - these will last a lifetime.

Tevas are great - I wanted a pair that I could take on year long travels/backpacking. I wanted a pair that weren't too geeky looking for town and these where great all rounders. I would say that although they're like owning 4x4s compared to flipflops, for proper hikes they do not have best support (feet get tires no ankle support). But obviously there are other tevas more suited to that. Just don't think 6 hour hikes will be good on your feet in these. But as a universal sandel they kill it!

I’m delighted with the product but so disappointed and angry with the pointless and, with all we know about plastic pollution, totally unnecessary packaging. Why does a cardboard box that contains the shows have to then be put in a much bigger cardboard box which then has a mass of plastic padding to stop the small cardboard box moving around. Teva pride themselves on their recyclable (and often compostible) packaging only to then have this negated and dismisses by Amazon’s totally irresponsible approach toplastic. They should know better and be market leaders in sustainability. I will not order through amazon again.

These were okay, the soles a bit thin for walking any substantial distances in a city but would be suited for beachwear / poolside-but it's probably easier to wear flip flops in those situations. I recommend to buy the Hurricanes or other similar styles by the same brand if you want to wear sandalswhen walking for more than 15 minutes.

For the price I expected a bit more, there is no padding on the straps, so when first wearing the straps are a bit stiff and uncomfortable, I'm hoping that they will give a little after wearing them in a bit.But other than that, they are light weight and comfortable on the sole of the foot. Only time will tell if it was money well spent.
