If you don't like the straw, you can get replacement lids that have a twist cap on them.The coloured part of the lid has a soft-grip coating on it. It's supposed to be a selling point, but I'm not a big fan since it scratches way easier than regular boring hard plastic.The wife got herself the blue kids one for small trips around town, and a larger bottle for when she's out of town.If you're going to pay for bottles, these are pretty good quality.

Good bottle, easy to use and clean. Only issue I've seen is the seal around the straw can leak, but only because it pops out of place as it's removable for cleaning... Win some, lose some! Would buy again though.

We use this religiously for our toddler and they travel well and even after high falls and bashed around in bags, have never broken or leaked. If your toddler is teething they will chew the bite valve which are expensive to replace.

Really disappointed. Have just received this purchase and it is broken. The tube keeps backfiring and bubbles keep going back up. Have tried fixing it on many occasions. Not what I expected from camelback at all for such an expensive bottles. The supermarket ones are much cheaper and functional.

It doesn’t leak. It was bought because my five year old’s class mate had one, so obviously “desirable”! It has survived my little man for a few months now; quite a recommendation!
