The 2lb Bread was of very good quality but small in dimensions, I was a bakery factory manager for my working life. This bread tin capacity using 2lbs of bread dough would give you a poor result the texture would be very dense probably 1.5lbs would be its maximum.The roll try was not metal so unsure of finished product at this time.Mr J Duplain.

Use this for making brown rolls and they cooked great . Very pleased with this product and would recommend to friends.

Photo and info described a 9 place tin, but what was sent was 8 place so returned. Quality looked ok otherwise.

This is a nicely made, good size silicon mold. But! And it's a big "but". It's structure is too soft to move when filled with dough/mix.It bends in the middle with the weight and is positively dangerous to lift out of oven by the small re-enforced handles.Fine if you want to bake on top of an oven tray but it doesn't state that when you buy it. Why bother with the re-enforced handles if you can't lift it by them when it's loaded.🤔

Makes brilliant shaped rolls, really easy to get out and clean. Would buy again !
