Has anyone installed the 13182 hitch on a 2014 Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel??? What is the effective weight bearing capability after installed?

I have installed this hitch on a 2013 grand cherokee larado 3.6 L egine. Quite a simple install. Had to remove the factory installed tow hooks. Curt Mfg. indicates the following: The most common receiver class installed on full-size pickup trucks and SUVs is a Class 3. If your full-size truck is equipped with a tow package, it's probably a Class 3. These receivers have a 2-inch square receiver tube. Class 3 receivers can handle up to 8,000 pound trailers and 800 pounds of tongue weight with a weight carrying ball mount, or up to 12,000 pounds and 1,200 pounds of tongue weight with a weight distributing hitch. This generally exceeds the towing capacities of most non-commercial vehicles, so a Class 3 hitch is rarely the limiting factor when towing. Does this hitch come with all the mounting hardware

I bought mine for a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee your install may be different. On this Jeep there are bolts already on the frame which I unscrewed and then reused for the hitch. There was no need for additional mounting hardware. Total installation time was less than 10 minutes solo.

Fit 2018 jeep gand cherokee

Shipped fast and installed very easy. Took 15 minnutes to do maybe. Was less than an hour total thats getting tools out and putting them away. Was enough room for me to not even need to jack it up and im a big guy.haha my stomach was handy to set the hitch on to hold in place.😁 Also thanks to those that answered my question and said it would fit my Grand Cherokee. Amazon fitment said it wouldnt. Also this is $100 less than Carquest or Napa.
