These standard size silicone mats are a must for my fruit leather and candy makings in my dehydrator. I also use these for easy clean up when I am pouring messy recipes in my kitchen. These are not sticky at all. These are such great quality and durable. I’m able to throw into my dishwasher for easy clean up or can also clean by hand which takes less than a minute because nothing will stick to these bad boys. I make candy and these allow the candy to pop right off. I’m able to bend and move these to easily use these to pour my food directly into mason jars or Mylar bags. They are a must for anyone who does anything in the kitchen. The capacity holds about half a pureed pineapple per sheet. I’m able to place about half a carton of strawberries on each sheet. I have saved so much produce by using this product. It prevents spills in the dehydrator. It allows the produce to dry evenly and effectively. It has a very high heat capacity. I can even bake with these. I’m able to use these for making my own spices. I’m able to pour out ground up food for drying. They have a lip around the edge that allows me to pour liquid inside without worrying about spilling.

I love these mats because they're safe silicone and perfect for what I bought them for. The first thing I used them for is drying the last of my tomatoes in my dehydrator. Worked like a charm! Just sliced tomatoes with a little salt on top. No mess and the tomatoes peeled right off of the flexible mats after drying. Way more delicious than you might imagine! The mats are really floppy as you might expect so you have to put them on a rack. I may try fruit leather next. They don't really get very clean in the dishwasher for some reason, maybe because they're so flexible, but they are easy and quick to handwash so no biggie. Definitely recommend them!

I love these silicone mats! I purchased a set a few months back to use in my Cosori dehydrator, specifically for fruit leather. Well, the plastic one that came with the dehydrator warped when I put a hot liquid so I ordered a second set as I have 6 trays. Best purchase ever! The last batch of fruit leather turned out Perfect. No sticky mess, came out clean and easy wash. It is now ready for the next batch of whatever I want to dehydrate. Just kidding, more fruit leather of course! The sides are a perfect height for a not to thick, not too thin fruit leather finished product. My family is loving it all. ❤ ❤❤

These work great on my dehydrator. Clean up is a breeze and my fruit leathers come out consistent and delicious.

I washed them as soon as I got them . I felt it was important for me to put them on the top shelf of my dishwasher to make sure they are CLEAN ready to use. When I took them out, I saw that the stained rinse cycle still has marks on them. So I got a new unused paper towel wet and began to wipe off those stains. THEN THE GREEN DYE BEGAN TO COME OFF AS I GENTLY WIPED THEM! This means the green dye will gradually go into tour food preps. NO WAY! NOTHANK YOU! I’m glad I don’t just TRUST what people say!

I’ve used the silicone sheets for dehydrating milk, Turkey bone broth & tomato powder. The sheets work great for things that are a little to juicy for the plastic ones. You can firm up things on these then transfer to the hard plastic sheets or visa versa when making powders. I did this for my tomato powder. Started out on the plastic sheets & transferred the powder to this to get the extra moisture out. Works great!

I put one set in my Excalibur dehydrator and they work fine. I bought multiple more sets for many other uses such as a grease catch on the bottom of my Cuisinart Air Fryer, fruit and veggie pads in the fridge (keeps any juices that might leak on the pad, as a non slip trivet on a serving tray, and many other places.

Love these trays. They are awesome for dehydrating eggs, broth or anything liquid. They are simple to clean. I would recommend them to anyone dehydrating.

Easy to clean. Fruit leather pops off SUPER easy! One reviewer commented that they didn't like that it is so much smaller than the trays - it occurred to me that this was to allow for air flow around each level and contributed SO well to each level drying evenly. Front-middle-back-top-bottom, the whole dehydrator was dry within an hour of the first parts feeling dry. Wonderful to avoid the hassle of mushy middle and crusty edges!!

these are very nice for liquids or fruit roll ups, but I recommend placing it on the dehydrator try and filling it while its in the dehydrator and save your self the pain of trying to carry the tray to the machine and spilling it all over the place lol
