**Q: Does this product help get rid of nasal congestion? (stuffy nose)**
A: If the nasal congestion is due to allergies, I use BHI allergy. When I have sinus pressure and headache, I use the BHI sinus and both of these products work for me.

**Q: what are the ingredients in this product?**
A: Great product.  Have used it for years.  I carry it with me.  Homeopathic.  Active Ingredients: Each 300 mg tablet contains: Pulsatilla 4X, Euphorbium officinarum 6X, Hydrastis canadensis 6X, Kali bichromicum 6X, Thuja occidentalis 6X, Kali iodatum 8X, Phosphorus 8X, Mercurius sulphuratus ruber 10X, Influenzinum 10X 33.33 mg each.Inactive ingredients: Lactose, magnesium stearate.

**Q: Are these dairy free? I see the word lactose**
A: Since lactose is milk sugar, my guess would be no.

**Q: How many pills is considered a dose?**
A: One pill per dose.

I haven't responded well to natural remedies in the past but I thought I would try this anyways. I really didn't think it would work but it did. I have never fought a cold this quickly. I will definitely keep this on hand for future use. I used this product with extra vitamins, juice, rest, lots of water and beat the cold in 3 days!
