I've been buying these for many years. I use one any time I feel a little. I can tell I need them when my thirst isn't quenched no matter how much water I drink. I can tell they work because the unquenchable thirst goes away. Very scientific, right? ;-) The single-serving packets are convenient for travel or other take-along purposes. I've only had the lemon-lime flavor, which tastes like not-great lemonade. Next time I'll try one of the many new flavors. This is a healthier alternative to the ubiquitous artificially flavored neon colored sports drinks, and much more convenient than lugging around a bottle of Gatorade.

Power Paks are my favorite for maintaining electrolyte balance. They help hydrate you quickly and can knock out a cramp in under 60 seconds. IMO the orange tastes better, but this flavor isn't bad. They aren't overloaded with sugar so they do have more of a tart flavor. Amazon has the best price anywhere on these!

I've been using this for many years. I often work in high heat environments and eventually fatigue wears me down. I drink lots of water due to the fluid loss through sweating but adding a pouch of this powder to my water bottle reenergizes me every time.

While I can't speak for the other flavors, as I only had the Lemon-Lime, but I can say this only try this flavor if you have ever found yourself sitting in a darkened room wondering to yourself what a used, old, sweaty gym sock tastes like if it were to be in liquid form, then by all means then try this powder, your quest is over! I do not write that many reviews, but I felt I needed to for this stuff, it was Horrid! It is hard to describe the taste, and the after taste. If something that tastes bad is supposed to be good for you, like some type of old medicine, then this powder when mixed with water must be the fountain of youth! Do you see what I am getting at here, I am doing my best to warn people that this was without question, one of the most objectionable things I have ever had the misfortune of tasting. I put one packet in my water bottle, and shook it up, as per the directions, then tried a drink. It did not taste like lemon lime, well perhaps just a hint, but it was overpowered by some off putting taste that was also accompanied by the lemon lime flavor. The closest I could come to describing it would be, is that if you have ever smelled mold, this is what I think that smell would taste like if it were liquid. Thankfully Amazon has a great return policy! I did give another packet from the same box a try hoping that maybe I mixed it wrong, or the first one was a little off or something, Nope...It was just as bad as the first. So, I have done what I could to warn you. I see there are reviews on here that people like it, have been using it for a long time, etc. I truly don't know how they can tell people that and still sleep at night...
