Durable & Easy to manage
In spite of it's size, it is easy to move around. The challenge is not packing more than the allowable weight on the plane. This case is used for fly in work and is banged around every 2 wks. Hence the bag has to stand up to freezing cold without breaking and being thrown around between flights. Recommended.

very sturdy, i moved 2 times across the world with this suitcase and it's still holding after each 30hrs flight. the color is still fresh, i have a little dent which is better than i expected from international flights. very worth the money

Delsey Does Not Stand Behind Its Product
I purchased this bag 1.5 years ago. I have used it perhaps half a dozen times. The two back wheels on the case have completely deteriorated. I dropped the bag off for warranty repair at at an authorized Delsey repair shop (Rockville Shoe Hospital in Rockville, MD). The repair facility denied that the wheels were covered by Delsey's warranty and insisted that I pay $39/wheel to replace the wheels, which would exceed the cost of buying a new bag. More fundamentally, let me pose a question: How could wheels on a rolling bag not be covered by warranty? Buyer beware.

Poor for a Delsey.
We've just completed a 36-hour trip from the US travelling via Doha, Qatar. Bought this carry on suitcase to add on to increase our carry on luggage.I've bought many Delsey and Samsonite suitcases over the years and this is the most disappointing one.The good:- the fabric is good quality;- sewing and sealing seem to be well done.- Well thought out design with multiple and different sized external pockets so one can store and retrieve things without having to open the main body of the suitcase. (This is a major drawback with most hardcase carry on luggage.)The bad:- The telescopic handle is poorly made and not sturdy. See how shaky it is in the video.- The shaky telescopic handle makes the maneuverability very poor. I honestly felt at times that the handle would break.- The zipper on the pocket underneath the suitcase fell off - see pic. This is for only 1 trip/2 transfers; very surprising and disappointing for a Delsey product.
