An excellent step by ste guide. It is not only about questions, the books is very well structured, guide a coach from all stages of the coaching session. This books teaches how to become a master of asking. The top ten asking mistakes and ways to overcome those. Includes a lot of excercises for the coach as well as recommended exercises to offer to your client. Additionally offers coaching tips. The last part of the books is dedicated to the Coaching Niches, unique challenges of each Niche tools and list of common questions a coach might use in each Niche, which give you a flavor for what is happening and guide you to develop more as a professional coach.

Estructura muy buena, práctico
Me gusta como está estructurados en temas, simplifica el uso tanto para coach como para uso tuyo. Viene con muchos ejemplos, es muy práctico. Muy fácil de seguir incluso por personas con poco cococimiento previo de coaching. Es ideal para aprender a hacer preguntas poderosas. El tamaño es tipo atlas, aunque delgado.
