Brilliant and Easy to follow..
I highly recommend this book. It does what it says on the front cover. Anyone who has been stuck trying to shift unwanted weight for any reason over the years and have tried every diet going. Try this! If you don't lose at the end of the 10 days, then two things, you didn't follow the plan as instructed and/or (in the most respectful way) something else is wrong and you may need to consult your doctor/specialist.I developed a knee injury over the years as a result of playing sports and athletics in my younger years and couldn't run or exercise as I usually do or wanted to and was in a lot of pain with my knee. I gained 1 stone and 10lbs in weight, I felt awful and was becoming depressed from not being able to shift the weight and just feeling too heavy. So eventually this year after waiting to have surgery on my knee for a while waited to have surgery, a friend said she was going to start a 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse. She invited me to do it with her, she sent me details of the book, I ordered it and started a week after her and we both lost 11lbs at weigh in on day 11 respectively. It wasn't just the weight loss which was fantastic (and clothes I was getting ready to send to charity shops because I hadn't been able to fit into for sometime I was now fitting into). It was my skin! it looked amazing! it looked fresher clearer, the white of my eyes were sharper, I felt healthier and lite in weight but in spirit. My knee (post surgery and in recovery) is practically pain free from to carrying my stone and half overweight self. I dropped a clothes size and shoe size, my trainers were roomier, some of my shoes were too big. I checked with my friend if she felt her shoes were looser, she said yes but thought she was imagining it, but she wasn't, she's gone down a size in footwear too as well as clothing. I would also say (as the author stresses too ) it is just important how you come off the 10 day Cleanse as how you prepared yourself for it. if you don't you can do more harm than good if you start gorging on food you having eating in nearly two weeks. The book is an easy read and the author will guide you to starting right from the first chapter. I am still doing the modified version which is 2 green smoothies day and a healthy nutritious meal. (She gives you recipes at the end of the book). I'm not at my goal weight yet. Well at the time of posting this, I think I am, so I am gradually moving to 1 smoothie and two healthy meals a day. So do it!!! You'll be so pleased with the results. Take time to prepare yourself mentally, the first 4 days was difficult in that you are weaning yourself off solid foods but push through it, drink lots of water, I drank no less than 2.5 litres a day and herbal teas.(no coffee or teas) and everything where possible organic. I've recommended this to so many people already simply because it works and it's healthy and you feel incredible. I would also recommend doing it with someone if you can or in a group, so you can encourage each other especially in the first few days. I look forward to seeing your review. :-) Best Wishes.

Not as easy as it sounds
I really wanted this to work for me. Yes i lost 1.5 kg in 5 days, with on and off smoothing, but it was so so hard. I didn't find it easy not to eat proper meals. The smoothies were so so ; samey. I could not exist on smooth ies and snacks. I felt trapped. So i stopped half way. The pills that she suggests are dodgy too. I got diahorea from mag07. I've heard bad things about the liver cleanse ones . There was hardly any support from her FB group that she needs to that that offer off her book; your posts don't go through unless you write about positive things. That's not what support is about.Everyone knows you can do smoothies to get healthy and maybe even replace a meal.I'm a fit, healthy and already good weight person. I simply wanted to lose a bit more and get a flat stomach. Having said all of that well I DID lose some weight, my skin improved so probably better to do one a day (manageable, realistic).

Totally works and I'd been having trouble losing the 5-7 kilos that were hanging around since passing 50. It actually got me feeling so healthy and well, I've since become a health food junkie. Gone are white bread and pasta. I only snack on cashews and almonds. And I've kept all the weight off! Highly recommended! I look and feel GREAT!

I don't write reviews but I literally can't stop talking about this book and I'm hoping if I do, this may help someone.I was unwell before Christmas with issues with my stomach, I have a hiatus hernia and have spent the last 10 years on perscrition drugs to sort the pain I get. Before Christmas they wanted to up my medication again cause the pain got worse. I'm not over weight and I'm only 40 and being on more medication was just heart breaking.I had been told to try this cleanse just to see what happens .... My partner said he would do it also to help so I stayed on track.10 days on and we had lost 2 stone in weight, dropped Inches from our body, I've come off all my tablets now with no pain or acid at all. My partners snoring has completly gone, issues with heel pain he was getting after running have gone but more importantly and I can't stress this enough, my partner and I have had sleeping issues for as long as I can remember and from day 2 on this plan we have slept a minimum of 10 hrs a night. By 2030 of an evening we are falling asleep. We have never been massive coffee or tea drinkers but clearly the few we were having were having an effect. Our bodies are no longer stimulated by caffeine and sugar and we now naturally falls into sleep when our bodies are naturally ready.Its true you need to believe in the process.... Don't think about it just do it and busy yourself for the 10 days. I wasn't hungry at all, in fact my appetite completly went. We are a month on and the weight has remained off as has all the symptoms we were getting. We both decided to stay caffeine free due to the amazing effect it had. I have now bought two more copies for friends who suffer from menopause issues and anxiety issues cause I know this will help. This is Not just for weight loss. The only way I can describe it is that its like a 'factory reset' mode. It gives your body a change to clean and start again...ill be staying on green smoothies for breakfast for life now and after indulgent times will hop back on the plan for a few days to heal and give my body a rest 🤗

Just a menu list
Very simplistic book with not much interest. and half the book contents just filled with client statements on weight loss post detox.
