I tried the Solgar K2 for a couple of weeks and it stopped my night sweats and toothache. I thought I needed a root canal and then the K2 took all of the swelling out and all of the pain. Thank God, no dentists. I used to have to sleep at the foot of our bed directly under the fan and wearing summer nightgowns all year round to try to control the night sweats. Now I am back at the top of the bed and wearing winter nightgowns like a normal person and the night sweats are GONE. I also had a rash on the side of my face and top of my arms and it is GONE. I sleep longer and better and do not wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep anymore. How great is that? My nerves seem to be a lot more calm and I don't worry so much any more. I had calcium built up in my breast bones and when my chest hit the steering wheel in a car crash a piece of calcium broke off into each of my breasts and it was diagnosed as breast cancer stage 4. I hit the road and went straight to Jacksonville FL to get another opinion from Mayo Clinic and thank God they got it right. They said the measurements were too perfect to be breast cancer and ask if I had a trauma to the chest and I told them about the crash. The radiologist and so called breast cancer surgeon only showed me one film. I guess the next time I got a mammogram they would have shown me the other one and said that it spread to the other breast. It was just little pieces of calcium with a sprinkle of calcium around it and it looked just like a mammo of breast cancer. I love Mayo clinic and is it any wonder? I guess all along I needed K2 to maybe remove the calcium from my breast bones and distribute it where it is needed. I had never taken a calcium supplement as I just take magnesium and still I had that built up calcium in my breast bones. Always get a second opinion at Mayo. Believe me it is worth the trip.
