The pillow's material is good and has the right firmness. Especially handy is that sling attached to it so that it doesn't fall off or gets lost under the duvet somewhere throughout the night.It could be a bit wider though since the actual support surface is a bit narrow so that it feels a bit like resting your upper leg's weight on a narrow edge. Even though it's soft enough for "normal" purposes that width can be a bit of a concern if you're suffering from Sciatic nerve issues since the leg's resp. the nerve's sensitivity is so much greater.I would however recommend it anyway even with the given dimensions.

Amazing....got it when I was pregnant...used to place it between mu knees which helped removing the back pain and released the pressure on my hipsAlso was great help after my C-section for the pain ....again was amazing using it while pumping and breastfeeding as a it very helpful with elbow and arm placement

Very flexible pillow, soft and foamy. You can instantly feel the difference and relief of pressure off your lower back. My only take-on on the pillow is its outer material (the velvet) is a bit thick and makes me sweat. It would be great if there's a cotton cover.Overall, it's a great pillow and highly recommended.

really good product and i continue to use this. however, the strap is quite big for my leg so it slips a lot

The pillow did not maintained it is real shape after one week of usage.
