It saved my life.
This book saved my life - no exaggeration - if you suffer with stress and anxiety e.g. GAD - then give it a read and then also get your family to read it and they will also help you cope with your GADThe only way to cope that I have found is my understanding GAD, for me drugs have not been the answer, the only way for me was to change my life style and my approach to life - this book helped me get my life back.

Whilst I think this is a 'good'/well written book, it didn't help me very much/as I had hoped. Although I expect that it might help many, if not most, people suffering from anxiety, it didn't deal with imagination issues, which are paramount for me (I imagine the worst in situations and have a vivid imagination, which doesn't help). So, the suggestion to just 'float' through anxiety wasn't particularly helpful for me (it just doesn't encompass the negative suggestions I give myself and which often manifest as a result). I did like the straightforward and caring way in which it was written and don't necessarily want to put people off buying it - rather just to add in my own comment in case others might have the same issue that I do ...

Life-altering knowledge.
This is possibly the best book ever written on anxiety. Simple & straightforward you finally learn what's been going on with all your weird feelings & fears, & how to deal with them. I suspect this book pretty much saved my sanity & made having a normal life possible. I only wish I'd found it years before, when I started to have panic attacks & begin to avoid things, it would have saved a lot of suffering. I also have no idea why nobody I asked for help, including Doctors & Psychologists , knew this stuff & could explain it to me.

A Must Read to Cure Anxiety
I discovered this book about 30 years ago. I read it once and I never suffered from anxiety again. Over the years I've given about 20 copies to people suffering from anxiety and panic attacks, and the results are amazing. Dr. Claire Weekes was ahead of her time, and this book can cure anxiety for good.
