The Yoga Anatomy Coloring Book: A Visual Guide to Form, Function, and Movement

Absolutely love this book! Currently on my yoga instructor course and this is super handy! I'm a visual learner and this is great! Would definitely recommend for anyone doing ETM or Gym Level 2, as it gives you want to need for muscles and bones!

Exactly as described and the book is great quality.

Out of all of my purchases this year, this one has been the most valuable. I've been struggling to stay focused and consistently study for a state exam, and with the overwhelming amount of information, it’s been discouraging at times. This book, however, has struck the perfect balance in making the material interesting and is ideal for microlearning. I literally learned more on the first night of studying with this book than I did in the past three weeks combined. I also love practicing the yoga poses and actually feeling the muscles referenced in the book—it’s such a hands-on way to understand the content.
