You need crossovers. That is unless your building a high-end system costing thousands of dollars then you would run the mids and the tweets on separate amplified channels. And odds are if you're buying low end component speakers like this you're not building a system like that so you need crossovers that are not included with these speakers. This is the first pair of components I've ever bought in 32 years that did not come with crossovers and they don't tell you that. I won't buy anything from this company again. They are very shady!
